A few months ago I was a lucky winner for a komboucha kit. Finally completed my first and second fermentation. I just want to thank you for the chance to get back into brewing my bouch again!!! Strawberry and passionate fruit juice with some bouch for the second fermentation made a very tasty probiotic fizzy drink! Who needs sugared sodas 1 no way! Thank you Maher!

Visited Tabchilli recently and had a wonderful experience. Their fermented products are high quality, fresh, and full of flavor — you can really tell the care that goes into making them. The owner and his wonderful staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining the products and fermentation process. I also attended their Kombucha fermentation workshop at the Sikka event, which was hands-on, informative, and enjoyable. I picked up a few items and will definitely be a regular customer. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tabchili, and it truly exceeded my expectations. They offer super healthy, high-quality products that are prepared with genuine passion, deep knowledge, and a sense of simplicity.
I also took part in their interactive fermentation workshop, which was both mind-opening and—quite literally—stomach-opening. The team made the entire experience very engaging. The kimchi and red cabbage sauerkraut I made myself during the workshop were ready to enjoy after just a few days—and the taste was fantastic.
